The invention discloses an anchoring device of a flexible windproof net, and relates to the technical field of windproof nets, the anchoring device comprises an edge covering rope, a plurality of connecting assemblies and ground anchors, the connecting assemblies and the ground anchors are uniformly arranged along the length direction of the edge covering rope, the edge covering rope is fixed at the bottom edge of the flexible windproof net, and one end of each connecting assembly is provided with a plurality of rope clamping clamps; the rope clamping fixtures are connected to the edge covering rope at intervals in the length direction of the edge covering rope, and the other end of the connecting assembly is connected with the ground anchor. The edge wrapping ropes are arranged at the bottom of the flexible windproof net, then the rope clamping clamps are used for fixing the edge wrapping ropes to achieve anchoring of the flexible windproof net, when the flexible windproof net is subjected to the wind action, force can be dispersed to all points, connected with the edge wrapping ropes, of the flexible windproof net through the edge wrapping ropes, and therefore the stress of a certain point of the flexible windproof net is reduced; and the situation that the flexible windproof net is torn due to concentrated stress is avoided.
