The invention provides a stirring pile machine for soft sinking stratum stirring pile foundation treatment. The stirring pile machine comprises a machine base, an anchor rod drilling machine rack arranged on the machine base, an anchor rod rotary drilling system and a rotary jet grouting system which are arranged on the anchor rod drilling machine rack, and a widened small crawler-type walking system for supporting the machine base. The machine base comprises a motor assembly and a hydraulic system. The anchor rod rotary drilling system comprises a rotary system and a stirring rod system, and the rotary system is in sliding connection with the anchor rod drilling machine rack; the width of a single-side crawler belt of the small crawler belt type walking system is 35-50 cm, and the grounding length is 2-3 m. The invention further provides a soft sinking stratum mixing pile foundation treatment method. The characteristics of a small crawler-type walking system, an anchor rod drilling machine frame system with an adjustable anchor rod drilling machine mechanical angle and an anchor rod rotary drilling system are integrated, the soft sinking stratum construction problem which cannot be achieved by an existing cement mixing pile machine is solved, the construction quality is high, and the construction efficiency is remarkably improved.
