When the long rotating shaft rotates, a structure that the two soil covering plates move downwards and then move inwards and the soil covering plates vibrate up and down after moving upwards can be formed; a tamping plate is arranged at the lower end of the rear side of the soil covering plate, and when the long rotating shaft rotates, a structure that the tamping plate moves upwards to the top end and then freely falls downwards can be formed; the device is simple in structure and convenient to use, can replace manual work to bury the pipeline in the groove with soil, improves the working efficiency, saves the labor cost, and can reinforce the buried pipeline.
