Efficient assembling method for net rack with upper chord and lower chord separated, synchronously assembled and recombined
The invention relates to an efficient assembling method for a net rack with upper and lower chords separated, synchronously assembled and recombined. Comprising the steps of 1, preparing a jig frame; 2, dividing the net rack into a plurality of upper chord small units and a lower chord unit; 3, sequentially splicing and welding one upper chord ball, four diagonal web members and two upper chord horizontal rods on the jig frame, and completing the splicing of a plurality of small upper chord units according to the splicing and welding process; 4, assembling a lower chord ball and a lower chord horizontal rod on the ground to form a large-area lower chord unit; and step 5, mounting the plurality of assembled small upper chord units on the lower chord units until the net rack is assembled. According to the construction method, the upper chord balls, the upper chord horizontal rods and the diagonal web members are independently separated to be spliced into the multiple small upper chord units to be spliced, meanwhile, the lower chord balls and the lower chord horizontal rods are also synchronously spliced into the lower chord units, and finally the upper chord units and the lower chord units which are spliced separately are assembled into the net rack, so that the splicing efficiency is improved, the splicing precision is ensured, and measure materials are saved.
本发明是一种上下弦分开同步拼装再组合的网架高效拼装方法;包括步骤1、制备胎架;步骤2、将网架划分为多个上弦小单元和1个下弦单元;步骤3、在胎架上依次拼装和焊接1个上弦球、4根斜腹杆和2根上弦水平杆,按此拼装焊接流程来完成多个上弦小单元的拼装;步骤4、在地面上拼装下弦球和下弦水平杆,以形成大面积的下弦单元;步骤5、将拼装好的多个上弦小单元安装在下弦单元上,直至组装成网架。本施工方法通过将上弦球、上弦水平杆、斜腹杆单独分离出来拼装成多个上弦小单元拼装,同时下弦球、下弦水平杆也同步拼装成下弦单元,并最后将分开拼装的上、下弦单元组装成网架,提升了拼装效率,确保了拼装精度,节约了措施材料。
