Jacking landing double-rocker-arm derrick assembling, tower erecting and disassembling and assembling process
The invention relates to the field of electric power construction tools, in particular to a jacking landing double-rocker-arm derrick assembling, tower erecting and disassembling and assembling process which comprises the steps that firstly, a long auxiliary derrick is used for installing a hydraulic jacking sleeve frame; the base, the lower sleeve frame, the upper sleeve frame, the hydraulic cylinder, the jacking clamping frame, the working platform, the connecting hydraulic pump station, the track and the trolley are assembled in sequence; finally, a base square stay wire and a sleeve frame square stay wire are installed; a mast cap and a mast top section are connected and arranged in a sleeve frame, the mast top section is jacked by a stroke through a steel wire rope sleeve, a mast standard section is arranged on a rail trolley and pushed into the sleeve frame, the mast top section and the mast standard section are connected and fastened, and the installed part is jacked by a stroke through the steel wire rope sleeve again. Then, a second mast standard section is pushed in and is connected and fastened with the previous part; the device is simple in structure and reliable in assembling, tower erecting and disassembling and assembling processes, operation can be rapidly achieved, the operation process is safe, and meanwhile the working efficiency can be effectively improved.
本发明涉及电力施工工具领域的一种顶升落地双摇臂抱杆组装、立塔及拆装工艺,先利用长辅助抱杆,安装液压顶升套架;均为分片组立,顺序为:底座—下套架—上套架—液压缸—顶升卡架—工作平台—连接液压泵站—轨道及小车;最后安装底座四方拉线和套架四方拉线;将桅杆帽和桅杆顶节连接好,置于套架内部,利用钢丝绳套,将桅杆顶节顶升一个行程,将1节桅杆标准节置于轨道小车上,推入套架内,将桅杆顶节和这节标准节连接紧固,再次利用钢丝绳套将已安装好部分顶升一个行程,接着推入第二节桅杆标准节,并与之前部分连接紧固;该发明结构简单,组装、立塔及其拆装工艺可靠,能够快速的实现操作,且操作过程安全,同时能够有效的提高工作效率。
