High-dosage coal gasification slag concrete for road and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to high-volume coal gasification slag concrete for roads and a preparation method thereof. A concrete mixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 180-200 parts of water; 280 to 320 parts of Portland cement; 50-420 parts of coal gasification slag; 1000 to 1300 parts of broken stone; 100 to 550 parts of sand; 2-4 parts of a water reducing agent; and 0.1-2 parts of a defoaming agent. The coal gasification industrial waste residues are adopted to replace river sand to prepare the concrete, the compressive strength can meet the C30 requirement, the later strength is improved, the river sand replacement rate of the coal gasification residues can reach 80%, the chlorine salt erosion resistance is better, and the problems of river sand shortage, in-situ accumulation of the coal gasification residues, environmental pollution and the like are solved; the method has important significance on development of the coal chemical industry and environmental protection.
本发明是一种路用大掺量煤气化渣混凝土及其制备方法,混凝土拌合料包括以下重量份数的组分:水180‑200份;硅酸盐水泥280‑320份;煤气化渣50‑420份;碎石1000‑1300份;砂100‑550份;减水剂2‑4份;消泡剂0.1‑2份。本发明采用煤气化工业废渣替代河砂制备混凝土,抗压强度能达到C30要求,且后期强度还有增长,煤气化渣替代河砂率可达80%,抗氯盐侵蚀能力更优,解决了河砂短缺、煤气化渣就地堆积和环境污染等问题,对煤化工行业的发展和环境保护具有重要意义。
