Preparation method of high-performance silicon nitride friction pair
The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-performance silicon nitride friction pair. The silicon nitride friction pair comprises the following components: 80-85% of silicon nitride powder, 8-12% of silicon carbide whiskers, 2-5% of a sintering aid and 2-4% of boron carbide powder. The preparation method of the friction pair comprises the following steps: (1) acidizing silicon carbide whiskers; (2) uniformly mixing silicon nitride powder, the treated silicon carbide whiskers, a sintering aid and boron carbide powder; (3) adding water into the mixed powder to prepare slurry, ball-milling the slurry, putting the ball-milled slurry into a mold, and forming by adopting a semi-dry method to obtain a green body; and (4) drying the green body, and sintering the green body in a sintering furnace to obtain the silicon nitride friction pair. The silicon nitride friction pair material obtained by the method has the advantages of high bending strength, high fracture toughness, high wear resistance, high reliability and favorable mechanical properties.
本发明公开了一种高性能氮化硅摩擦副的制备方法,该碳化硅摩擦副包含以下组分:氮化硅粉末80~85%、碳化硅晶须8~12%、烧结助剂2~5%、碳化硼粉末2~4%;摩擦副的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将碳化硅晶须酸化处理;(2)再将氮化硅粉末、处理后的碳化硅晶须、烧结助剂和碳化硼粉末混合均匀;(3)向混合粉末中加入水,配成料浆,将料浆球磨后放入模具中,采用半干法成型,得到坯体;(4)将所述坯体干燥后放入烧结炉进行烧结得到所述氮化硅摩擦副;通过本方法获得的氮化硅摩擦副材料高抗弯强度、高断裂韧性、高耐磨,可靠程度高,具有良好的力学性能。
