The invention discloses a bridge concrete maintenance road formwork structure capable of being rapidly moved and installed, a maintenance road formwork body comprises a bottom formwork and a side formwork which are fixedly connected with each other to form an L-shaped structure, the maintenance road formwork body is located in an opening of a bottom-carrying hanging beam of a side U-shaped structure, and a plurality of bottom-carrying hanging beams are arranged in the length direction of the maintenance road formwork body at intervals; wherein the bottom die is fixed on a bottom cross beam of the bottom-carrying hanging beam, an outrigger is transversely arranged right above each bottom-carrying hanging beam, the middle part of each outrigger is supported on a steel beam at the bottom through a supporting rod, the tail end of each outrigger is connected with a guardrail reserved steel bar through a connecting device, and the head end of each outrigger is fixedly connected with a top cross beam of the bottom-carrying hanging beam through an adjusting screw rod; and the bottom surfaces of all the top cross beams are fixedly connected with the longitudinal sliding beams. By improving key procedures such as mounting, dismounting and moving of the formwork, the bridge concrete maintenance road formwork structure is changed, the problem that the formwork is difficult to hoist in a conventional construction method is solved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the operation safety risk and the construction cost are reduced.
本发明公开了可快速移动、安装的桥梁混凝土检修道模板结构,检修道模板本体包括有相互固定连接成L形结构的底模和侧模,检修道模板本体位于侧U形结构的兜底吊梁开口中,兜底吊梁沿检修道模板本体长度方向间隔设置有多道,其中底模固定在兜底吊梁的底部横梁上,每一道兜底吊梁正上方横向设置有一根挑梁,每根挑梁中部经撑杆支撑在底部的钢梁上、其尾端经连接装置与护栏预留钢筋连接、其头端经调节螺杆与兜底吊梁的顶部横梁固定连接在一起,所有的顶部横梁底面均与纵向滑梁固定连接。通过对模板安装、拆卸、移动等重点工序进行改进,改变了桥梁混凝土检修道模板结构,解决常规施工方法中模板吊装困难的难题,提高了施工工效、降低作业安全风险及施工成本。
