The invention relates to a hollow slab beam end part plugging process which comprises the following steps: cavity washing: drilling a hole in a hollow slab beam, injecting water into a cavity of the hollow slab beam, observing whether the end part of the hollow slab beam leaks water or not, and washing away sundries in the cavity; plugging: if the end part of the hollow slab beam leaks water; if the end part of the hollow slab beam with water leakage is located on the bridge abutment, the conveying pipeline extends into a gap between the hollow slab beam and the bridge abutment, a plugging material is injected into a plugging space between the hollow slab beam and the bridge abutment, and the plugging space at the end part of the hollow slab beam is plugged by the plugging material, so that the construction is completed; and if the ends of the hollow slab girders leaking water are located on the piers, the conveying pipeline extends into a gap between the beam ends of the two hollow slab girders of the two adjacent spans, plugging materials are injected into the plugging space between the beam ends of the two hollow slab girders of the two adjacent spans, the plugging materials plug the plugging space at the ends of the hollow slab girders, and construction is completed. Therefore, the end part of the hollow slab beam can be conveniently and quickly blocked.
