The invention relates to a hollow slab beam end plugging process. The hollow slab beam end plugging process comprises the following specific steps that drilling is conducted, specifically, construction holes are drilled in a hollow slab beam; construction equipment extends into the construction holes, plugging materials are sprayed to the two ends of the hollow slab beam through the construction equipment, and the foaming materials are foamed to form plugging layers; a water inlet pipe is inserted into one construction hole, a water drainage pipe is inserted into the other construction hole, water is injected into a cavity of the hollow slab beam along the water inlet pipe, and water inflow is stopped when water flows out of the water drainage pipe; inspecting: observing the water leakage condition of the end part of the hollow slab beam; if the hollow slab beam plug does not leak water, the plug is plugged successfully, and construction is completed; and if the plug leaks water, the steps of'cavity filling 'and'water injection' are repeated until the end part of the hollow slab beam does not leak water, and the construction is finished.
