Method for monitoring perpendicularity and penetration of precast pile during hoisting, driving and sinking
The invention discloses a precast pile hoisting, driving and sinking perpendicularity and penetration monitoring method which comprises the following steps: mounting a monitoring system near a pile position, and pasting marking paper on a pile hammer; when the pile is erected, two vertical lines are generated at the contours of the two sides of the precast pile of the shot picture, and the left-right deviation of the pile body is judged according to the coincidence degree of the contours and the vertical lines; and measuring and calculating the horizontal distance between the monitoring instrument and a plurality of points on a certain vertical line of the pile body, comparing, and judging the front-back offset of the pile body. During pile sinking, the linear distance and the inclination angle of the connecting line at the moment are measured before and after every unit hammering number, and therefore the pile sinking penetration of the current stage is calculated according to the difference of the front vertical distance and the rear vertical distance; and meanwhile, the left-right and front-back deviation of the pile body and the inclination of the whole precast pile are calculated in real time. The perpendicularity and penetration of the precast pile in the pile sinking process can be monitored in real time, the method has the advantages of being accurate in monitoring result, simpler and more convenient to operate, high in automation degree and the like, and manpower and equipment resources can be greatly saved.
本发明公开一种预制桩吊打沉桩垂直度、贯入度监测方法,包括:在桩位附近安装监测系统,在桩锤上贴上标记纸;立桩时,在拍摄画面的预制桩两侧轮廓处生成两条竖直线,根据轮廓线与竖直线的重合度判断桩身左右偏移;测量计算监测仪器距桩身某竖直线上多个点的水平距离并对比,判断桩身前后偏移。沉桩时,每隔单位锤击数前后测量出此时的连线直线距离和倾角,从而根据前后竖向距离差计算当前阶段的沉桩贯入度;同时也实时计算桩身的左右和前后偏差和计算整个预制桩的倾斜度。本发明可以实时监测预制桩在沉桩过程中的垂直度和贯入度,并且具有监测结果精确、操作更简便、自动化程度高等优点,可以极大地节约人力和设备资源。
