The invention discloses a device for combined static pressure grouting at the pile side and the pile end of a vibration sinking steel pipe pile and a using method. Three or more adjustable core pipe grouting devices and corresponding static sounding test feeler levers are pressed into the required depth within the projection range of the pipe wall of the steel pipe pile in the vertical direction and the required depth of the outer side of the pipe wall of the steel pipe pile through static pressure; the adjustable core tube grouting device comprises a grouting floral tube core tube and a protective sleeve; the grouting floral tube core tube is provided with a grouting opening, the lower end of the grouting floral tube core tube is provided with a conical guide head, and the position connected with the conical guide head and the protective sleeve are sealed; and a limiting structure for preventing the protective sleeve from being separated from the upper end of the grouting floral tube core tube is arranged between the grouting floral tube core tube and the protective sleeve. During use, pile end grouting points are arranged in the projection range, and pile side grouting points are arranged on the outer side; and after the movable core pipe grouting device and the static sounding test probe rod are in place, grouting is conducted on the pile end grouting point and the pile side grouting point in sequence. The grouting pipe can be repeatedly used, and multiple times of grouting at any depth can be achieved.
本发明公开了在振沉钢管桩桩侧和桩端联合静压注浆的装置及使用方法,通过静压将三个以上活络芯管注浆装置和相应的静力触探试验探杆静压入钢管桩的管壁竖直方向投影范围内和外侧所需要的深度;活络芯管注浆装置包括注浆花管芯管和保护套管;注浆花管芯管设有注浆口,下端设有锥形导向头,与锥形导向头连接的位置与保护套管形成呈密封;注浆花管芯管与保护套管之间设有防止保护套管从注浆花管芯管上端脱离的限位结构。使用时,在投影范围内设置桩端注浆点,外侧设置桩侧注浆点;在活络芯管注浆装置和静力触探试验探杆就位后,先后对桩端注浆点和桩侧注浆点注浆。本发明实现了注浆管材的重复使用,实现任意深度的多次注浆。
