The invention relates to an anti-dredging combined three-layer outer wall body which comprises a keel, a wall body inner layer plate, a wall body middle layer plate and a wall body outer layer plate, the space between the wall body inner layer plate and the wall body middle layer plate is filled with heat insulation and sound insulation materials, the wall body inner layer plate is a double-layer gypsum plate, the wall body middle layer plate is a calcium silicate plate, and the wall body outer layer plate is a double-layer gypsum plate. The wall body outer layer plate is a whole-body plate, the whole-body plate is a cement fiber plate, and the heat insulation and sound insulation materials are rock wool. The three-layer outer wall body combining prevention and dredging combines the waterproof principles of prevention and dredging, achieves the waterproof, water-blocking and water-resisting effects of an outer wall by lengthening the distance of a seepage path of water on the surface of a floor and utilizing the flow direction characteristic of the water, has the heat insulation and sound insulation effects, guarantees the waterproof performance of the outer wall, and has the advantages of being convenient and rapid to construct and install, short in construction period, low in cost and the like. And the production efficiency of building construction is improved.
