The present invention relates to a mobile concrete maintenance material injection device which can quantitatively and smoothly inject a maintenance material, which is a mixture of a main agent and a hardening agent, into a crack part of a concrete structure, and can improve the durability of using a motor. The invention discloses a movable concrete maintenance material injection device, which comprises a chassis framework, a plurality of movable wheels and a handle, tanks which are respectively mounted on the chassis structure and which respectively store chemical solutions, i.e., a main agent and a curing agent; the pumping device is used for pumping the chemical liquid, namely the main agent and the curing agent, stored in the tank through a driving part of the motor; the injection nozzle mixes chemical liquid, namely a main agent and a hardening agent, into a maintenance material through a pumping device, and injects the maintenance material into the cracks of the concrete structure, and the device further comprises chemical liquid supply devices which are arranged between the pumping device and the injection nozzle and are separated towards the two sides, receive the chemical liquid supplied from the box and transfer the chemical liquid to the injection nozzle.
