MOVABLE CONCRETE REPAIR MATERIAL INJECTION DEVICE
To provide a movable concrete repair material injection device which can uniformly and smoothly inject a repair material which is a mixture of a main agent and a curing agent into a crack part of a concrete structure, and which enhances durability of a motor being used.SOLUTION: A movable concrete repair material injection device includes: an under carriage frame including a movable piece and a handle; tanks for storing a main agent and a curing agent respectively; pumping means for pumping the main agent and the curing agent stored in the tanks respectively by a drive part of a motor; and an injection nozzle for mixing the main agent and the curing agent by the pumping means to make a repair material, and for injecting the repair material into a crack of a concrete structure. Chemical supply means which receives a chemical from the tanks and transfers it to the injection nozzle includes: first and second operation blocks comprising a cylinder for discharging the chemical and a piston; first and second supply pipes for supplying the chemical from the tanks; first and second transfer pipes for transferring the chemical to the injection nozzle; and pressure regulator for regulating a discharge pressure of the chemical.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
