A first protection plate and a second protection plate are oppositely fixed to the two sides of the upper surface of the bottom plate, one end of protection cloth on the second protection plate is movably connected with two L-shaped connecting rods on the first protection plate in a clamped mode, sliding rods are fixed to the middle of the first protection plate and the middle of the second protection plate, and the two sliding rods are elastically and slidably arranged in two opposite elastic sliding grooves in a fixed baffle in a penetrating mode. A locking and fixing mechanism is arranged in the fixed baffle, a rack is fixed at the front end of the bottom plate, and the rack is meshed with a sector gear on the locking and fixing mechanism; through primary protection interception of the first protection plate and the second protection plate and secondary protection interception of the fixed baffle, when an accident occurs, only upward pulling force of the device is increased, the rollover phenomenon is avoided, and the anti-seismic property is high.
