The fixing insertion rods and the protection plate are inserted into the ground, the positions of the buffering baffle and the protection plate for protection can be effectively fixed, so that the buffering baffle and the protection plate are not prone to being knocked down, and when people or equipment accidentally fall down and slide down along the slope to collide with the buffering baffle, the buffering effect can be effectively achieved under the elastic force effect of the first springs; and the safety of people or equipment is protected.
