The invention relates to the technical field of cement-soil mixing piles, and discloses a method for automatically calculating the coring rate of a cement-soil mixing pile through images, which comprises the following steps of: determining the size of a core box for containing a drill core body of the cement-soil mixing pile and the task length of coring footage in the construction process; sequentially paving each section of drill core fracture body of the on-site mixing pile in a rock core box with a known size, and shooting from an overlook view angle to obtain a tiled image; the obtained image is read and subjected to digital processing, and the digital processing includes but is not limited to grey-scale map conversion, marginal detection, image hole filling and peripheral edge extraction; and calculating the proportion of the image size to the actual size of the core box, and then measuring the conversion length of each section of drilling core fracture body by utilizing computer vision. According to the method, the coring rate of the cement-soil mixing pile is automatically calculated by combining the core sample image obtained after on-site core drilling, the complexity of manual repeated measurement and recording can be reduced, and pile body quality evaluation is accelerated.
本发明涉及水泥土搅拌桩技术领域,公开一种通过图像自动计算水泥土搅拌桩取芯率的方法,包括如下步骤:确定装纳水泥土搅拌桩钻芯体的岩心箱尺寸大小以及施工过程中取芯进尺的任务长度;将现场搅拌桩的各段钻芯破裂体依次铺放在已知尺寸大小的岩心箱中,并以俯视视角拍摄获得平铺图像;读取所获图像,对其进行数字化处理,数字化处理包括但不限于灰度图转换、边缘性检测、孔洞填充图像、提取外围边缘;计算岩心箱的图像尺寸与实际尺寸的比例,然后利用计算机视觉测量出各段钻芯破裂体的换算长度。本发明通过结合现场钻芯后获得的芯样图像,自动计算水泥土搅拌桩取芯率,能够减少人工反复量尺记录的繁琐、加快桩身质量评定。
