A soft coring device for coring in cement soil comprises a slurry storage tank (5) and a steel bar support (12) and is characterized in that the slurry storage tank is a cylindrical barrel made of a plastic-lined steel pipe, a rubber ring (9) is arranged on the inner wall of the plastic-lined steel pipe, the upper portion of a piston cylinder is perpendicularly connected with the bottom end of a steel pipe (6) through a connecting pin (7), and a rotating handle (1) is locked at the top end of a screw (3) through a hexagon nut (2); the bottom of the cylindrical barrel body is conical, the conical bottom is provided with a lock nut (10), the lower part of the lock nut is connected with a seamless steel pipe (11), and the bottom end of the seamless steel pipe is provided with a horn mouth; the steel bar support is a steel bar circular truncated cone with a small upper opening and a large lower opening. The soft coring device for coring in the cement soil has the advantages that the coring pipe is made of seamless materials, loss of slurry is remarkably reduced, deformation and loss of a sample in the taking-out process are effectively avoided, the cement soil sample can be safely and completely taken out, and sampling accuracy and repeatability are improved.
