Fabricated reverse-hitting prefabricated part and production process thereof
The fabricated reverse-hitting prefabricated part comprises a plurality of cement-based artificial stone slabs with veneers, nuts are embedded in the backs of the cement-based artificial stone slabs, the nuts are in threaded connection with one ends of anchoring connecting rods, reinforced concrete is poured on the backs of the cement-based artificial stone slabs, main bodies of the anchoring connecting rods are located in the reinforced concrete, and the main bodies of the anchoring connecting rods are connected with the cement-based artificial stone slabs. And an anchoring part is arranged on the main body of the anchoring connecting rod in the reinforced concrete. The prefabricated part can completely replace existing stone and ceramic tiles to serve as a reverse facing of the prefabricated part, and the richer facing effect can be achieved. Compared with existing decorative materials such as paint, ceramic tiles, stone and wood, the decorative material can be used more healthily for a long time, and meanwhile, the ubiquitous defects of non-environmental protection and various performances of the materials can be thoroughly overcome.
