The invention relates to the field of building prefabricated components, in particular to a silicon graphene heat preservation and reverse hitting integrated prefabricated bay window, which is characterized in that a split component manufactured by a reverse hitting process is utilized, and a silicon graphene heat preservation plate is integrally poured in the component, so that the construction process of an outer wall of the bay window is simplified, and meanwhile, the bay window is convenient to transport; the vertical pouring gate and the horizontal pouring gate are formed by the mutually clamped split components, so that the bay window split components are enclosed to form a pouring template, slurry is directly poured into the vertical pouring gate and the horizontal pouring gate which are communicated with each other through the pouring channel during construction site installation, and integral pouring of the spliced split components is realized; the problems that when a traditional bay window split component is poured, operation is tedious and the construction period is long due to the fact that a formwork and a supporting frame need to be independently supported are solved, the construction efficiency of the prefabricated bay window is improved, and meanwhile the overall waterproof sealing performance of the component is improved.
本发明涉及建筑预制构件领域的一种硅墨烯保温反打一体化预制飘窗,利用反打工序制作的分体构件,将硅墨烯保温板一体浇筑在构件内,简化飘窗外墙施工工序,同时便于对飘窗进行运输,另外,利用相互卡接的分体构件形成竖直浇道和水平浇道,使飘窗分体构件自身围合形成为浇筑模板,在施工现场安装时,直接通过灌注通道将泥浆灌入相互连通的竖直浇道和水平浇道内,实现拼接后的分体构件的一体浇筑,克服了传统的飘窗分体构件浇筑时,需要单独支护模板和支撑架造成的操作繁琐和工期长的问题,提高预制飘窗的施工效率,同时提高构件整体防水密封性。
