The invention discloses an application of machine-made sand in a shrinkage-free high-strength grouting material. The machine-made sand is used for replacing quartz sand to be applied to the shrinkage-free high-strength grouting material. When the water-cement ratio is 0.15 and the ratio of replacing quartz sand by machine-made sand reaches 60%, the strength of the grouting material is remarkably improved, the fluidity and workability state are good, the vertical expansion rate is slightly improved compared with a reference ratio, and plastic settlement generated in the initial stage of pouring can be effectively overcome. The grouting material has the excellent performance of high early strength, micro-expansion and no shrinkage, is simple in production process, low in cost and free of secondary pollution, can be widely applied to anchoring of foundation bolts, embedding of reinforcing steel bars, secondary grouting of equipment, reinforcement of beams, plates, columns and terraces of buildings and the like, and is wide in application range. Effective load transmission is guaranteed, high fluidity is achieved, construction time is long, early strength and high strength are achieved, construction performance is good, cost is reduced, performance is improved, and market requirements can be met.
