The polymerizing agent A comprises bisphenol A type epoxy resin, a reactive diluent and benzyl alcohol, and the polymerizing agent B comprises bisphenol A type epoxy resin, a reactive diluent and benzyl alcohol. The novel special polymerizing agent is prepared by mixing a polymerizing agent A and a polymerizing agent B, and further comprises one or a combination of several of talcum powder, phenyltriethoxysilane, a defoaming agent, silicone oil AP 100 and silica gel, then a comprehensive sound-absorbing rock effect can be achieved through a special preparation method, and various specific performance parameters are as shown in the specification. Compared with an existing sound-absorbing rock or sound barrier which cannot comprehensively achieve various properties of the sound-absorbing rock or sound barrier, the sound-absorbing rock or sound barrier is comprehensive in functional structure, balanced in performance and more suitable for implementation in the field of sound insulation.
