According to the method, multiple edges and corners of the machine-made gravel are improved to the maximum extent in a mode of firstly heating and then shaping, the stone powder content of hole slag aggregate is reduced, and impurities are removed. The concrete prepared from the aggregate which is firstly heated and then shaped is excellent in flowing property and high in mechanical property, and the 28d cubic compressive strength can reach 56MPa or above.
