Method for repairing carbon fiber toughened ceramic matrix composite component
The invention relates to a repairing method of a carbon fiber toughened ceramic matrix composite component. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning a damaged part, and then flaring the damaged part into a to-be-repaired part with a regular shape; designing a patch structure matched with the shape of the to-be-repaired part; a high-temperature adhesive is smeared on the connecting face of the to-be-repaired part and the patch structure, then the patch structure is installed on the to-be-repaired part in a physical connection mode, and the carbon fiber toughened ceramic matrix composite component provided with the patch structure is obtained; the patch structure and the to-be-repaired part are connected online through PIP, CVI and/or RMI; and preparing a coating on the surface of the treated carbon fiber toughened ceramic matrix composite component. The repairing method for the carbon fiber toughened ceramic matrix composite component is simple and effective, the formed patch is tightly combined with the material body, and the repairing method is suitable for repairing the carbon fiber toughened ceramic matrix composite component with the damaged body.
