Method for repairing local defects of carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite
The invention discloses a method for repairing local defects of a carbon fiber reinforced ceramic-based composite material, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: preparing first fiber slurry which comprises carbon fibers, water glass and ceramic powder; preparing second fiber slurry, wherein the second fiber slurry comprises long-fiber boron nitride fibers, ceramic powder and a solvent; preparing third fiber slurry, wherein the third fiber slurry comprises short-fiber boron nitride fibers, ceramic powder, a polymeric monomer, a cross-linking agent, an initiator and a solvent; dipping the first fiber slurry into a local defect of the carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite, and filling 60-80% of the defect; filling second fiber slurry, filling the residual 60-80% of the defect, and then extruding to discharge the redundant solvent; and then filling third fiber slurry to fill and level up the defect, and then curing at normal temperature. Local defects of the carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material can be rapidly repaired, and high-temperature heating is not needed.
