The invention discloses an epoxy resin waterproof bonding layer material for a steel bridge, which is characterized in that the epoxy resin waterproof bonding layer material is prepared from the following materials: an epoxy resin component A and a curing agent component B, the epoxy resin component A comprises the following components in parts by mass: 60-70 parts of epoxy resin; 20 to 30 parts of terminal group epoxy group modified silicone oil; 10-20 parts of a reactive diluent; the curing agent component B comprises 70-90 parts of a modified amine curing agent; and 10-30 parts of a toughening agent. According to the epoxy resin waterproof adhesive layer material, the epoxy-terminated modified silicone oil and common epoxy resin mixture is adopted as an epoxy adhesive system, silicon-oxygen and silicon-carbon bonds are introduced into a curing system, the stability of the functional material is improved, and in addition, the prepared epoxy resin waterproof adhesive layer material is remarkable in waterproof effect due to the composition of the components.
