The connecting holes are firstly formed in the plane plate material by using the hole forming template, the hole forming efficiency is high by adopting a first hole method, then the U-shaped rib is formed by bending, and then the U-shaped rib, the forming cross beam and the main plate with the holes are connected and fixed through the bolts, so that the mounting is simple, cracking caused by stress concentration can be effectively avoided, and the connecting holes can be detached and replaced even if the connecting holes are cracked.
