And the anti-fatigue performance of the connection of the stiffening ribs and the diaphragm plate is further improved.
本发明提供一种用于正交异性板钢桥的横隔板及其制造方法,在横隔板加劲肋连接处设置过肋孔,保证加劲肋连续通过横隔板,且过肋孔下部与加劲肋腹板连续焊接,本发明通过优化钢桥面纵向加劲肋与横隔板的连接设计,改善桥面第二体系弯曲引起的横隔板面外弯曲,降低横隔板过肋孔边缘的面外应力水平;通过改变纵向加劲肋和横隔板的连接方式,改善连接处的制造工艺,沿过肋孔下部施加连续焊缝,方便了组拼和焊接,改善了制造工艺,有利于提升纵肋与顶板、纵肋与横隔板、横隔板与顶板共三处制造品质,以及进一步提升加劲肋与横隔板连接的抗疲劳性能。
