The output end of the motor penetrates through the second side plate to be in driving connection with a spiral auger, the spiral auger and the second side plate are rotationally connected through a waterproof bearing, and a second protective cover is connected to one side of the second side plate and located on the outer side of the motor. The lifting device has the advantages that impact force of water flow is reduced, and lifting adjustment is facilitated.
