The invention provides a floating frame type water-blooming cyanobacteria collecting device which comprises a floating frame body, buoyancy structures are arranged on the two sides of the exterior of the floating frame body, a submersible pump is arranged in the floating frame body and supplies power through a power line, and the outlet end of the submersible pump is externally connected with a cyanobacteria conveying pipe; the floating type frame body is arranged and can float on the water surface through the buoyancy structure, the buoyancy structure adopts four cylindrical floating bodies, the buoyancy can be adjusted by injecting lake water into the floating bodies, convenience and rapidness are achieved, the device is installed at the position 5-10 cm below the water surface according to the characteristic that microcystis, connezothrix and the like are prone to being gathered on the water surface by 5-10 cm or above after water blooms are formed, and the floating type frame body can float on the water surface through the buoyancy structure. Water-blooming cyanobacteria of 5-10 cm or above can be collected to the maximum extent; the floating type frame body is designed to be in an opening shape, a submersible pump is arranged for suction operation, and blue-green algae on the shallow surface layer can be continuously collected.
