One-groove double-cage construction method for underground diaphragm wall crossing existing pipeline reinforcement cage
The invention discloses a one-groove double-cage construction method for a diaphragm wall crossing an existing pipeline reinforcement cage, which comprises the following steps of: 1) confirming the position of a pipeline, and reinforcing and protecting; (2) construction is conducted on the two sides of the top of the slotted hole, and guide walls are formed; and (3) framing and segmented grooving are conducted on the underground diaphragm wall under the pipeline, specifically, the underground diaphragm wall under the pipeline is divided into a connecting piece and a closed piece which are constructed in a framing mode, and a construction method of the connecting piece or the closed piece comprises the steps that the connecting piece or the closed piece is excavated to form a groove, a reinforcement cage is hoisted, lowered and horizontally moved to the corresponding position in a groove hole, and a guide pipe pouring method is adopted for pouring to form the groove. According to the construction method, the diaphragm wall is constructed in a framing manner, and the reinforcement cage is hoisted, translated and lowered in two parts in one groove, so that the reinforcement cage can be translated to the position below the existing pipeline so as to enable the diaphragm wall to cross the existing pipeline, the existing pipeline is prevented from being moved and changed, the operation is simple and convenient, the construction quality is easy to control, and the construction cost is saved; and the underground diaphragm wall is good in overall safety and stability, and normal use of the pipeline is not affected.
本发明公开地连墙横跨既有管线钢筋笼一槽双笼施工方法，包括以下步骤：1）确认管线位置，并进行加固保护；2）在槽孔顶部的两侧施工，形成导墙；3）管线下地连墙分幅、分段成槽:将管线下地连墙分为分幅施工的连接幅和闭合幅，连接幅或闭合幅的施工方法：对连接幅或闭合幅开挖成槽，在槽孔内将钢筋笼吊装、下放、平移至相应位置，采用导管灌注法浇筑成槽。本发明施工方法，将地连墙分幅施工，一槽又将钢筋笼分2幅吊装、平移、下放，既能够将钢筋笼平移到既有管线下方，以使地连墙可以跨越既有管线的目的，避免迁改既有管线，操作简单方便，易于控制施工质量，节省了施工成本，且地连墙整体的安全稳定性好，不影响管线的正常使用。
