According to the variable-diameter prestress basalt fiber anchor rod with the bonding extrusion type anchorage device, a BFRP (Basalt Fiber Reinforced Plastic) rod body is adopted, the mass is light, and the specific gravity is only about one fifth of that of a steel anchor rod; the tensile strength is high, under the requirement of the same design anchoring force, the required diameter and anchoring length of the anchor rod are small, and the rod body material is saved; the BFRP rod body does not need to be subjected to excessive anti-corrosion treatment and is suitable for being used as an anchor rod for permanent supporting; the anchoring section of the BFRP rod body is of a variable-diameter multi-rod-section structure, so that the strength of the BFRP rod body can be fully utilized, and material waste is avoided; compared with a conventional tray nut anchorage device and a clamping piece type anchorage device, the bonding extrusion type anchorage device with the straight section, the taper section and the bonding agent has the advantages that direct thread shearing damage, caused by stress concentration, of the rod body at the anchoring end is avoided, the anchoring efficiency is improved, and the strength of the rod body is brought into full play.
本发明公开一种带有粘结挤压式锚具的变直径预应力玄武岩纤维锚杆,采用BFRP(玄武岩纤维)杆体,质量轻,比重仅为钢锚杆的五分之一左右;抗拉强度高,在相同设计锚固力的要求下,所需锚杆直径及锚固长度小,节约了杆体材料;BFRP杆体不需要做过多的防腐处理,适宜作为永久性支护用锚杆;所述BFRP杆体的锚固段为变直径式的多杆段结构,能够使BFRP杆体的强度得到充分利用,避免材料浪费;通过设置平直段加锥度段加粘结剂的粘结挤压式锚具,与常规的托盘螺母锚具及夹片式锚具相比,该粘结挤压式锚具避免了应力集中引起锚固端杆体直接螺纹剪切破坏,提高了锚固效率,杆体强度得以充分发挥。
