The guide hole construction device comprises a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate which are the same, the guide hole construction device is further provided with a U-shaped fixing clamping jaw, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are in center rotational symmetry to form a positioning clamping seat, a mounting seam is formed between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and the U-shaped fixing clamping jaw is arranged on the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate. One end of the mounting seam is clamped on a fixed steel sheet pile, the fixed clamping jaw is clamped at one end of the positioning clamping seat, and the other end of the mounting seam is used for positioning a to-be-mounted steel sheet pile; and the to-be-mounted steel sheet pile is clamped with the fixed steel sheet pile through the mounting seam at the other end. The center of the first clamping plate and the center of the second clamping plate are rotationally symmetrical to form the positioning clamping seat, the positioning clamping seat is mounted on the steel sheet pile in a manner shown in a mounting drawing, one end of the positioning clamping seat is used for fixing, the other end is used for positioning the steel sheet pile being mounted, mounting and positioning precision is high, and the structure is simple and practical.
