The invention relates to a construction method of a long spiral hole guiding and fore shaft steel pipe pile insertion-driving cofferdam in a complex stratum. The method comprises the following steps of (1) site leveling and drilling machine positioning: a long spiral drilling machine operation site is positioned on a wet and soft riverbed, the site is subjected to replacement filling and compaction before positioning, a steel plate is laid to facilitate positioning of the drilling machine, and a corresponding number of drill rods are arranged according to the drilling depth to ensure drillingconstruction; (2) positioning paying-off and drilling machine positioning: lofting is conducted on four corners of the cofferdam through a total station, lime is scattered to determine the position ofa fore shaft pile, the drilling machine is in place, drill rod perpendicularity correction and drill bit center centering are completed, a single supporting cylinder on the lower part of a mast at the front end of the drilling machine and two supporting oil cylinders at the tail of a machine body are lowered, the supporting oil cylinders and two tracks jointly bear the weight of the machine bodyand the load in the construction process, and then the centering point is re-measured to check whether deviation exists or not; (3) hole guiding construction: hole guiding is constructed through longspiral drilling, muck is taken out of the riverbed through a screw rod in the drilling process, the muck is poured out of the cofferdam, and a drill rod can be lifted after hole guiding is conducted to the designed depth; and 4) pile sinking construction of a steel pipe pile. By adopting the long spiral hole guiding process, soil loosening only needs to be achieved through the drilling machine, hole forming and mud are not needed, flexible adjustment can be achieved according to different soil layers, environmental pollution is small, and economy and high efficiency are achieved.
本发明涉及一种复杂地层长螺旋引孔插打锁口钢管桩围堰的施工方法。本发明包括以下步骤:1)场地平整、钻机就位:长螺旋钻机操作场地位于湿软河床,就位前对场地进行换填压实,并铺设钢板,以便钻机就位,并根据钻孔深度配备相应数量的钻杆,保证钻孔施工;2)定位放线及钻机就位:采用全站仪对围堰四个角点进行放样,撒白灰确定锁口桩位置,钻机就位,完成钻杆垂直度校正及钻头中心对中,下方钻机前端桅杆下部单个及机身尾部的两个支撑油缸,其与双履带共同承担机身重量及施工过程的荷载,然后复测对中点,查看有无偏差;3)引孔施工:引孔采用长螺旋钻进,钻进过程中通过螺杆将渣土带出至河床,将渣土倒运至围堰外,引孔至设计深度后即可提升钻杆;4)钢管桩沉桩施工。本发明采用长螺旋引孔仅需钻机松土,无需成孔,无需泥浆,根据不同土层可灵活调整,环境污染小且经济高效。
