The connecting columns are arranged at the soil drilling cones at the lower ends of the steel pipe piles, and when the steel pipe piles are dismounted outwards, the connecting columns are driven by soil to be disengaged from the steel pipe piles, so that medium sand filled in the steel pipe piles flows out according to the gravity of the medium sand, and the technical problem of clearing away the filling sand in the pipes when the supporting structure is dismounted is solved. The method has the advantages that when the steel pipe pile is dismounted outwards, the connecting column unit is separated from the lower end of the steel pipe pile, so that medium sand in the steel pipe pile flows out according to the gravity of the medium sand; fourthly, by arranging a clamping block unit and a locking pin unit, the connecting column and the bottom end of the steel pipe pile can be directly locked by installing the inserting column; and fifthly, by arranging a reset plate unit, when the steel pipe pile is dismantled, the connecting column can be smoothly disengaged, and the soil drilling cone is automatically left in foundation pit soil.
