Detachable and recyclable fabricated unloading plate foundation pit supporting structure
The invention discloses a detachable and recyclable assembly type unloading plate foundation pit supporting structure which is made of profile steel components, supporting piles are embedded into the bottom face of a foundation pit, a plurality of groove-shaped brackets are welded and anchored, cross beams are arranged between the supporting piles, the cross beams are erected on the two groove-shaped brackets at the same horizontal position, and an unloading plate is formed by splicing a plurality of unloading unit rows. The front section is embedded into a foundation pit side wall soil layer, and the rear end is provided with a hook plate which is hooked on the cross beam to form a combined structure which is tight in connection and high in stability. The method has the advantages that the structure is simple, materials are convenient to obtain, the manufacturing cost is low, the method is suitable for small working faces, the construction period is short, disassembly and recovery can be achieved during foundation pit backfilling, and cost is greatly reduced; the construction difficulty is reduced, the adaptability to complex working conditions is improved, and the advantage that the unloading plate reduces the landslide thrust of the soil layer is effectively exerted, so that the lateral displacement of the foundation pit is reduced, and the stability of the foundation pit is improved; structural components are mutually extruded under the action of force to form a tight connecting surface, so that the stability of the structural components is improved.
本发明公开了一种可拆卸回收装配式卸荷板基坑支护结构,所用材料均为型钢构件,支撑桩嵌入基坑底面,焊接、锚固多个槽型牛腿,支撑桩之间设有横梁,横梁搭设于同一水平位置的两个槽型牛腿上,卸荷板多个卸荷单元排拼接而成,前段嵌入基坑侧壁土层内,后端设有勾板,勾在横梁上,形成一个连接紧密稳定性强的组合结构。本发明的优点在于:构造简单,取材方便,造价低,适用于小作业面,快工期,亦可在基坑回填时,拆卸回收,极大降低成本;降低了施工难度和提高了复杂工况适用性,有效的发挥了卸荷板减少土层滑坡推力的优点,从而降低基坑侧向位移,提升基坑稳定性;结构部件在力的作用下相互挤压,形成紧密的连接面,提升了自身稳定性。
