The invention relates to the technical field of basement retaining wall waterproofing, and provides a basement retaining wall water dredging and resisting method which comprises the following steps: S1, performing waterproof construction on a basement retaining wall, and constructing a waterproof roll; s2, pasting an extruded sheet on the surface of the waterproof coiled material; s3, laminating the extruded sheet to build permeable bricks layer by layer along the height direction to form a protective masonry; s4, a drainage blind ditch is formed in the root of the protection masonry, and the drainage blind ditch covers the root of the retaining wall and extends out of the retaining wall; and S5, backfilling the protection masonry and the drainage blind ditch. The invention further provides a basement retaining wall water drainage and isolation system which comprises the waterproof coiled material laid on the basement retaining wall, the extruded sheet pasted on the waterproof coiled material, the protection masonry attached to the extruded sheet and the drainage blind ditch used for draining water, and the drainage blind ditch is arranged at the root of the protection masonry. No water is accumulated on the outer side of the retaining wall, and no condensate water exists in the drying chamber through the retaining wall; waterproof, drainage, heat preservation, protection layers and the like are integrated.
