The invention provides a method and a system for collecting, shunting and discharging initial rainwater of a dock. The method is characterized in that the rainwater collected in the range of the dock is subjected to shunting treatment; according to the split-flow treatment, collected rainwater is conveyed to different butt joint ends according to different initial rain stages; the different butt joint ends comprise a sewage pipe network and a rainwater pipe network; the different initial rain stages are judged according to the quantitative statistical result of the output rainwater, and when the statistical magnitude reaches a preset value, the butted sewage pipe network is switched to the rainwater pipe network. The method is low in transformation cost and convenient to transform.
