The invention relates to the technical field of soil pollution, in particular to an anti-seepage device and an anti-seepage method for preventing soil pollution. The anti-seepage structure comprises coamings which are spliced and an anti-seepage component, the multiple coamings are spliced to form an isolation belt, a pollution side and a protection side are separated through the isolation belt, the anti-seepage component is arranged on the isolation belt to block a gap formed by splicing the coamings, the anti-seepage component comprises an inner plate, and the inner plate is used for connecting the joint between the two coamings. The inner plate is arranged on the pollution side of the joint of the surrounding plates. The anti-seepage component further comprises a blocking plate and a limiting system. The plugging plate and the limiting system are both arranged on the protection side of the joint, the plugging plate is attached to the joint to plug the gap, the limiting system is connected with the surrounding plate, the limiting system is located outside the plugging plate to form a channel for guiding sewage flow after connection, and meanwhile the plugging plate is stably attached to the joint under limitation of the limiting system.
