The invention discloses an anti-seepage joint structure of a geomembrane anti-seepage panel and a concrete anti-seepage wall and a construction method. The anti-seepage joint structure comprises the concrete anti-seepage wall, wherein a mold increasing area and a cushion layer which have a certain inclination angle are sequentially arranged on the side, close to a reservoir slope, of the concreteanti-seepage wall, a supporting layer which is bent and extends upwards is arranged above the mold increasing area and the cushion layer, and the end, close to the concrete anti-seepage wall, of the supporting layer is sunken downwards to form a groove; the geomembrane anti-seepage panel is laid on the surface of the supporting layer, and the bottom end of the geomembrane anti-seepage panel is fixedly connected with the concrete anti-seepage wall; and the area, corresponding to the groove, above the geomembrane anti-seepage panel is densely filled with fine filler, and the surface of the finefiller is covered with a reinforcing geomembrane. According to the geomembrane and foundation concrete anti-seepage wall connecting joint structure which is convenient and fast to construct, safe andreliable, a closed whole is formed for seepage prevention of a reservoir (dam), and the seepage loss is reduced.
