The invention discloses a method for preparing a composite mineral admixture from mine tailing slag and lithium slag, and relates to the technical field of tailing treatment. The admixture is prepared from the following solid waste residues as main raw materials: 65-75 parts of tailing slag; 20 to 30 parts of lithium slag; 2-8 parts of gypsum and quick lime; 0.05 to 0.2 part of a mineral surface active agent; the mine tailing slag and the lithium slag are mainly used for producing and preparing the composite mineral admixture, the composite mineral admixture is applied to concrete to serve as the admixture, the produced admixture can replace part of cement to fill gaps of the cement, and the fluidity, compatibility with a water reducing agent and other properties of the admixture are far higher than those of the cement; and the purposes of environmental protection, energy conservation and green treatment of the tailing slag and the lithium slag can be achieved, so that the method has good industrial prospects and social benefits.
本发明公开了一种用矿山尾矿渣和锂渣制备复合矿物掺合料的方法,涉及尾矿处理技术领域。该掺合料由以下固废渣为主原料制备而成:尾矿渣65~75份;锂渣20~30份;石膏和生石灰2~8份;矿物表面活化剂0.05~0.2份;本发明主要使用矿山尾矿渣和锂渣生产制备复合矿物掺合料,应用在混凝土中作掺合料使用,生产制得的掺合料能够代替部分水泥使用以填充水泥的空隙,且掺合料的流动性、与减水剂的相容性等各方面性能远高于水泥,能够实现对尾矿渣和锂渣的处理达到环保、节能、绿色的目的,因此具有良好的工业前景和社会效益。
