The invention provides a gypsum-based solid defoaming agent for self-leveling and a preparation method thereof, and the solid defoaming agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 20-40% of polyether ester, 10-20% of silicon paste, 1-5% of an emulsifier and 40-70% of a carrier. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly preparing the polyether ester, then preparing the silicon paste, dispersing and stirring the prepared silicon paste and polyether ester at a high speed, emulsifying, and mixing and granulating by using a granulator to obtain the solid defoaming agent. The solid defoaming agent prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is good in defoaming effect, high in efficiency, strong in foam inhibition performance, wide in temperature application range and low in price in a gypsum-based self-leveling use process.
本发明提供一种石膏基自流平用固体消泡剂及其制备方法，其中制备方法，其中固体消泡剂，按照质量百分比包括以下组分：20~40%的聚醚酯，10~20%的硅膏，1~5%的乳化剂，40~70%的载体。在制备时，先制备聚醚酯，再制备出硅膏，将制备好的硅膏和聚醚酯高速分散搅拌后，再进行乳化，使用造粒机混合造粒，得固体消泡剂。本发明制备的固体消泡剂，在石膏基自流平使用过程中，消泡效果好、效率高、抑泡性能强、温度适用范围广，并且价格便宜。
