A molding preparation process for a crucible special for negative electrode powder belongs to the field of crucibles special for negative electrode powder, and comprises the following steps: A, selecting raw materials, weighing graphitization heat preservation materials with different finenesses in parts by mass: 12-20 parts of large materials, 26-34 parts of medium materials, 16-24 parts of small materials and 30-38 parts of fine powder, mixing the materials to obtain a primary mixture, weighing 20-28 parts of modified liquid asphalt, and mixing the primary mixture with the modified liquid asphalt to obtain a secondary mixture; mixing the mixture with the primary mixture to obtain a secondary mixture; b, tempering and carburizing the crucible mold; and C, the mixture is poured into a crucible mold to be heated and pressed to be formed, and the special crucible for the negative electrode powder is obtained. The performance of the crucible is improved through cooperation of the graphitization heat preservation materials of various finenesses, the performance of the crucible mold is improved through heat treatment, then the performance of the crucible is improved, the surface hardness of the crucible is high, the homogeneity is good, and the service life is prolonged.
