The invention discloses nano CaCO3 cement soil resistant to cyclic loading and corrosive environment and a preparation method of the nano CaCO3 cement soil. The cement soil comprises ordinary Portland cement, nano mineral powder and a wet soil sample, the wet soil sample is formed by mixing dry soil particles and water accounting for 18-21% of the mass of dry soil; the mass percentage of the ordinary Portland cement is 11-15%, and the mass percentage of the nano mineral powder is 0.1-0.4% based on the mass percentage of the wet soil sample. The cement soil can effectively improve the compressive strength and the bearing capacity of a coastal soft soil roadbed under the clamping of cyclic dynamic loads such as vehicle loads, typhoons and earthquakes, and the durability of the cement soil is improved under the action that the cement soil roadbed bears repeated dynamic loads for a long time. And the physical properties of the cement soil can be better played under the seawater corrosion-dynamic load coupling effect, so that the service life of a construction project is prolonged, and the method has a great effect on improving the quality safety of a coastal area project structure in China.
本发明公开了一种抗循环荷载、腐蚀环境的纳米CaCO3水泥土及其制备方法。该水泥土包括普通硅酸盐水泥、纳米矿粉和湿土样;所述湿土样由干土颗粒和占干土百分质量18%~21%的水混合而成;以湿土样的质量百分比计,普通硅酸盐水泥为11%~15%,纳米矿粉为0.1%~0.4%。该水泥土能够有效改善滨海软土路基在车辆荷载,台风和地震等循环动力荷载的加持下路基的抗压强度和路基承载力,在水泥土路基长期承受反复的动力荷载作用下,提高水泥土的耐久性。且在海水腐蚀——动荷载耦合作用下能够更好的发挥水泥土的物理性质,从而使建设工程的使用年期延长,对我国沿海区域工程结构质量安全性的提高具有很大作用。
