Decorative concrete protective coating and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a decorative concrete protective coating and a preparation method thereof. The decorative concrete protective coating is prepared from a component A and a component B, the component A is prepared from tetrahydrofuran-propylene oxide copolymerized glycol, di-n-butyl adipate and lysine diisocyanate; and the component B comprises amino-terminated polyether of T403 series with three degrees of functionality, lauryl sodium sulfate, natural grease, resorcinol monobenzoate and nano anatase TiO2. The equipment adopts a one-step method to directly synthesize the coating, wherein the material output ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1. Inorganic pollutants and harmful gases such as cyanide, SO2, H2S, NO, NO2 and the like which are possibly degraded by nano anatase type TiO2 photocatalysis can be adsorbed on the surface of TiO2 and are converted into non-toxic and harmless substances under the action of light. Nano anatase type TiO2 is introduced into the coating material, so that various toxic compounds including industrial toxic solvents, chemical insecticides, wood preservatives, dyes, fuel oil and the like can be treated.
本发明为一种装饰混凝土保护涂层及其制备方法,装饰混凝土保护涂层制备原料包括A组分与B组分。A组分:四氢呋喃‑氧化丙烯共聚二醇、已二酸二正丁酯、赖氨酸二异氰酸酯。B组分:3官能度T403系列的端氨基聚醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、天然油脂、单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯、纳米锐钛矿TiO2。设备采用一步法直接合成涂层,其中A组分与B组分物料输出比例为1:1。由于纳米锐钛矿型TiO2光催化可能降解的无机污染物还有氰化物,SO2、H2S、NO和NO2等有害气体也能被吸附在TiO2表面,在光的作用下转化成无毒无害物质。该涂层材料引入纳米锐钛矿型TiO2,能处理多种有毒化合物,包括工业有毒溶剂、化学杀虫剂、木材防腐剂、染料及燃料油等。
