The invention relates to the field of decorative concrete, and particularly discloses light-sensitive color-changing decorative concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the light-sensitive color-changing decorative concrete comprises the following raw materials by weight: 40-60 parts of cement, 90-135 parts of color-changing sand, 40-70 parts of gravel, 25-45 parts of waste fiber, 5-12 parts of silica fume, 5-8 parts of a heat conduction liquid, and 15-35 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, placing the waste fibers in an agar solution for constant-temperature water bath treatment; 2, the treated waste fibers and heat conduction liquid are heated and stirred for a reaction, and after the reaction is completed, crushing is conducted to obtain heat conduction fibers; 3, cement, color-changing sand, gravel, silica fume, a water reducing agent, water and the heat-conducting fibers prepared in the step 2 are mixed to be uniform, and the decorative concrete is obtained. The obtained concrete can realize the change of different colors under the irradiation of natural light, and has the advantages of excellent decoration performance, excellent thermal conductivity and fast heat dissipation of the surface of the concrete.
