Rapid first-aid repair method for local damaged area of airfield pavement
The invention discloses a quick repair method for a local damaged area of an airport pavement, which comprises the following steps of: quickly and efficiently cutting and cleaning the damaged area of the original pavement by using protective pavement cutting equipment through a construction preparation measurement method to obtain a repaired area; pre-construction treatment of the original pavement of the damaged area is completed through an old pavement embedded steel bar positioning method; a base layer repairing method and a base layer dense sand construction method are used in cooperation with a leveling supporting mechanism and supporting mechanism installation equipment, and board installation pretreatment in a treatment repairing area is completed; and through a new pavement mounting method and matched use of pavement slab construction mounting equipment, mounting of the assembly type pavement slabs is completed, and connection between the assembly type pavement slabs and the old pavement is completed through a new and old treatment method. The method is high in overall first-aid repair disassembly and assembly speed, high in efficiency, small in repair range, capable of being put into use quickly after construction is completed, suitable for maintenance of an operating airport and capable of meeting the requirement of airport non-stop construction, and only damaged parts are repaired.
本发明公开一种机场道面局部破损区域快速抢修方法，通过施工准备测量方法，使用有防护式道面切割设备，对原道面破损区域进行快速高效的切割和清理，得出修补区域；通过旧道面植筋定位方法完成破损区原道面的施工前处理；通过基层修补方法和基层密实砂施工方法，配合使用有找平支撑机构和支撑机构安装设备，完成处理修补区域内装板前处理；通过新道面安装方法，配合使用有道面板施工安装设备，完成装配式道面板的安装，并通过新旧处理方法，完成与旧道面之间的连接。该方法整体抢修拆装速度快，效率高，只针对损坏部位抢修，修补范围小，施工完成后能够快速投入使用，适用于运行机场的维修，满足机场不停航施工的要求。
