Preferably, the water reducing agent is one of an HM type water reducing agent, an MY type water reducing agent or an NF high-efficiency water reducing agent; preferably, the defoaming agent is one of emulsified silicone oil or polydimethylsiloxane. The prepared repairing material can be used for galling, increasing the friction coefficient and improving the anti-skid performance of the runway, is good in durability, free of peeling and falling, fast in setting, early in strength, good in crack resistance and adjustable in setting time, and in addition, the material belongs to a composite silicate system, is wide in source and does not have the problem of singleness.
