The invention provides a repairing device and method for an underwater concrete layer, and the repairing device comprises a plurality of anchor assemblies which are tightly nailed on the underwater concrete layer; one end of the first guide pipe extends into water and is positioned above the underwater concrete layer; one end of the second guide pipe extends into water, the second guide pipe is located above the underwater concrete layer, and the second guide pipe and the first guide pipe are arranged in a spaced mode in the first direction; wherein the end, extending underwater, of the first guide pipe can be used for pouring concrete on an underwater concrete layer, and the end, extending underwater, of the second guide pipe can be used for putting an underwater protective agent into a concrete pouring area. Based on the technical scheme of the invention, the anchor assembly can anchor an underwater self-protection concrete layer formed by subsequent pouring and an underwater concrete layer together. The problems of high repairing cost and unstable repairing effect caused by the fact that the bonding strength is kept by changing the performance of the concrete in the related technology are solved.
本发明提供了一种用于水下混凝土层的修补装置和修补方法,修补装置包括:多个锚钉组件,钉紧在水下混凝土层上;第一导管,其一端伸入水下,且位于水下混凝土层的上方;第二导管,其一端伸入水下,且位于水下混凝土层的上方,第二导管与第一导管在第一方向上间隔设置;其中,第一导管伸入水下的一端能够在水下混凝土层上浇筑混凝土,第二导管伸入水下的一端能够向混凝土的浇筑区域投放水下保护剂。基于本发明的技术方案,锚钉组件能够将后续浇筑形成的水下自护混凝土层与水下混凝土层锚固在一起。避免了相关技术中通过改变混凝土本身性能来保持粘结强度导致的修复成本较高及修复效果不稳定的问题。
